What information will you need to have available?

After being prequalified, the next step in the loan process is completing the loan application itself. The loan application involves review of the documentation to support your income, assets, employment and credit. You can start the application online, or you can complete the application over the phone and have it mailed to you, or you can schedule an appointment to meet in person to complete the application papers.

Here is a list of items that we need in order to process your loan application.
  • previous two years tax returns (including all schedules)
  • previous two years W2's and/or 1099's
  • two most recent paycheck stubs
  • two most recent bank statements (all pages please)
  • most recent printout for all investment accounts (including 401K, stocks, etc.)
  • names, addresses, phone numbers and dates for past 2 years employers & landlords
  • copy of purchase and sale agreement -- for purchase
  • copy of warranty deed -- for refinance
  • $250 fee for the cost of the appraisal
  • $16 fee for the cost of the credit report
  • If you are receiving a gift for any portion of the money to be used
    at closing, please call for additional documentation requirements
  • please provide documentation if any of the following apply: copy of bankruptcy papers; written explanation of derogatory credit; proof of additional income;relocation agreement or offer letter from employer; proof of residency or work status
