| Prior to accepting your mortgage loan application, we wish to advise you of the policy of Hillside Lending, LLC with respect to application fees and charges. In connection with your mortgage loan application, the total amount of application fee is $350.00. This figure is computed as follows: |

This fee represents our best estimate of the cost of an appraisal which is required in order to determine the value of the property on which the loan is to be made. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE: provided, however, that if the fee collected exceeds the actual cost of the appraisal, you will receive a credit towards your closing costs of the amount of the fee which is in excess of the actual cost. If there is a balance due, you will be responsible for the amount of the shortage at loan closing. |

THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE: provided, however, that if the fee exceeds the actual cost of the credit report, you will receive a credit towards your closing costs of the amount of the fee which is in excess of the actual cost. This fee represents the charge for accepting your loan application and for the preparation and forwarding of documents needed to evaluate your loan request. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. | |

will be receiving a Good Faith Estimate which will reflect an estimate
of the various fees and charges you can reasonably expect to pay in connection
with your loan request. Except as noted above and as provided under applicable
law, all fees and charges collected prior to or at settlement are non-refundable.
Please note that Hillside Lending, LLC cannot guarantee approval of the
loan application or the acceptance into a particular program.
O.C.G.A. Section 7-1-1014(3) requires that we inform you that if you fail to meet any condition or term of the documents that you sign in connection with obtaining a mortgage loan you may lose the property that serves as collateral for the mortgage loan through foreclosure. By clicking
